It is suitable for processing meat, poultry, fish, vegetables and other food products.
The model uses the Unger cutting system with a 130 mm plate diameter, ensuring precise and high-quality grinding with a uniform final product texture. Stainless steel construction provides long service life, high hygiene standards and easy maintenance.
